  • The IDO-Helmet comes with a 2-year warranty starting from the purchase date.
  • Eligibility for a refund is based on the criterion of experiencing no hair growth within the 6-month period from the date of purchase.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the regular price of the IDO-Helmet (RPP: RM2888), excluding any discounts, cash vouchers, and free gifts applied at the time of purchase.
